Terms of Access
The Rules of Procedure are the intellectual property of M. Brian Sabey and are made available for the sole use of parties and neutrals who are actively participating or considering participation in this dispute resolution process.
You may not copy, redistribute, publish, or use this document for any commercial purpose other than dispute resolution without prior written consent, and if you use it for dispute resolution, you agree that the neutral will remit an hourly fee for its use in accordance with the Rules of Procedure unless otherwise agreed between the neutral and Neutral-Directed ADR staff.
